Joining us in the panel discussion were Mr. Jean-Jacques Bouflet, Vice President of EuroCham Vietnam, and Ms. Trần Thu Hà, Director of the Sustainable Development Rice Conversion Program in the Mekong Delta in exploring solutions for a carbon credit market in Vietnam.
